JAMMU, Dec 4: Pursuing the target of enrolling one lakh members in district Jammu, NPP continued its membership drive with new vigor at party headquarters Gandhi Nagar here today.
Led by Harsh Dev Singh- chairman NPP, Balwant Singh Mankotia State president of the party and Yashpal Kundal State president Youth wing, they directed the party activists to enroll new members including recently joined youth, ex-servicemen, farmers, intellectuals, shopkeepers and traders in various parts of the district. They administered ‘oath of allegiance’ to every new member vowing that everyone would contribute to liberate Jammu Pradesh from the socio-political discrimination doled out to the region and support Panthers Party in the struggle of right and justice.
Harsh Dev Singh NPP is the sole regional party of Jammu region which had been fighting for the cause of Jammu right from the time of inception with real zeal and intentions. He said that Panthers Party is well versed with the pain and agony the people had gone through and is capable enough to espouse and fulfill the aspirations of the electorates of the region. He adjured the people to strengthen their own party as the Kashmir centric and Delhi based parties had always betrayed them for their vested interests. He added that people could only empower themselves if they would empower National Panthers Party.
Prominent among those who carried out the membership drive included PK Ganju, Anita Thakur, Rajesh Padgotra, Balwan Singh, Shiv Charan Sambyal, Ram Saran Dogra, Jagdev Singh, Ravinder Biloria, Jagdish Kumar, Anil Rakwal, Chetan Sharma and Sanjeev Verma.
