UDHAMPUR, June 21: Mystery shrouded death of a youth whose body was found in a room of his house near Kambal Dangha in Udhampur.
The deceased was identified as Raju (27) son of Gulabu of Kambal Dangha. Cause of death could not be ascertained immediately. Police took the dead body to Udhampur Hospital for postmortem and registered a case under Section 174 RPC for further investigation.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist and his pillion rider were injured when their bike skidded off the road near Duder Nallah, Dhar Road, late last night.
The injured, identified as Ravinder Singh (21), son of Babu Ram of Ritti Udhampur and Mohan Lal (22), son of Dharmu of Kagote, Ramnagar, were admitted to District Hospital and their condition was stated to be stable.
