BILLAWAR, July 1: Ten day Yog Shivar was held by Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Jammu in the complex of Hari Prabhu Ashray Gujroo Nagrota, teshil Billawar.
The camp was attended by 40-50 persons who hailed from surrounding villages of the tehsil, Billawar. It was held especially for imparting yogic exercise for ladies and gents suffering from body pains, joints pains, backache etc.
Bhartiya Yog Sansthan as per its mission to systemize and conduct yoga classes and awareness camps in every nook and corner of the State has started its regular classes for the last more than five years which are attended regularly in the morning and evening in the complex of Hari Prabhu Ashray.
This shivar was held under the guidance and supervision of Anil Sharma from Bhartiya Yog Sansthan.
S C Gupta, general secretary of Sanstha expressed his gratitude to Sat Pal Sharma, Ravi Kumar Sharma, Dr Indu Bhushan, Suresh Gupta, trainers for rendering their devotional services by holding yoga camps in rural remote areas.
