RAJOURI, Apr 28: Ten persons were injured in road accidents here today.
As per police sources, four persons were injured when the vehicle they were traveling in met with accident at Samote bridge.
All the injured persons were shifted to CHC Budhal, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
The injured have been identified as Wagar Ahmed Mir, son of late Haji Mohammad Rafiq, Anjum, wife of Wagar Ahmed, Ashok Kumar, son of Dhani Ram and Sajad Ahmed, son of Afrem Shah, all residents of Phalni.
A case under FIR Number 23/19 under sections 279 and 337 RPC has been registered at Police Station Budhal and investigation started.
Meanwhile, six persons were injured when a bus bearing registration number JK02AP-3696 met with accident near Bus Stand Rajouri.
The injured persons have been identified as Shavita Gupta, daughter of Vivek Gupta of Alpha Gate, Rukma Gupta, wife of Vivek Gupta of Alpha Gate, Hassan, son of Wali Mohammad of Chatyari, Nazir Hussain, son of Lal Hussain of Loorkot, Iqbal Begum, wife of Zamir Hussain of Fatehpur and Zameer, son of Mohammad Shafi of Fatehpur.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Rajouri and investigation started.
