10 KAS officers transferred

JAMMU, Oct 15: The Government today ordered transfer and postings of 10 KAS officers.
Mohammad Akbar Ganai, Special Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department.
Rajinder Krishan Varma, Special Secretary to Government, Health and Medical Education Department, was transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Department of Tourism and Culture.
Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, Special Secretary to Government, Department of Tourism and Culture, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Health and Medical Education Department.
Nisar Ahmad Wani, Special Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Public Works (R&B) Department.
Ali Afsar Khan, Additional Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department.
Ghulam Rasool Mir, Additional Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Mohammad Ishaq Shah, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Hqr), was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue Department.
Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, Additional Secretary to Government Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department.
Mohammad Saleem Shishgar, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department was transferred and posted as Vice-Chairman Srinagar Development Authority, against an available vavancy.
Shakeel-ur-Rehman Rather, Special Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, was transferred and posted as Secretary,  J&K Public Services Commission, against an available vacancy.
