JAMMU, Dec 4: Karman Singh, a 10th class student of Jodhamal Public School Jammu has brought laurels for his innovation and secured British patent.
Karman has developed an innovative ‘Smart Dustbin’ equipped with Monitoring and Categorized Waste Disposal. Recognized amongst the youngest individuals globally, Karman became one of the youngest recipients of the British patent in India.
His innovation has the comprehensive system that combines real-time tracking of dustbin positions with automated detection of fill levels, ensuring timely waste collection and maintaining cleaner urban environments.
Dr Parveen Singh and Dr Pawandeep Kour, delighted parents of Karman Singh expressed their joy, underscoring their son’s enduring passion for innovation. Management, staff and students of Jodhamal Public School have also appreciated Karman Singh’s incredible accomplishment.
