JAMMU, Mar 26: The 10th District Rugby 7’s Championship, organized by the Jammu District Rugby Association at Greenfield Gandhi Nagar, Jammu culminated today.
Rajesh Kumar, Passport Officer was the chief guest on the occasion along with Anil Vadera as an observer and Sanjay Sharma was the guest of honour. The event, overseen by Organizing Secretary Harmeet Singh, President Drishti Pawan Sharma and Treasurer Rashav Singh, saw referees Uday Walia, Mehak, Adil, Saruti, Neetu Malhotra, Muskan and Momina officiating.
In the Under-12 Girls category, Shiv Public Higher Secondary School, Sari Rakwalan won gold, Eagle Club was the runner-up and APS Nagrota took bronze medal. For the Under-12 Boys, APS Nagrota emerged victorious. In the Under-15 Boys, APS Jammu claimed gold, APS finished second, and RHD Club took bronze. APS Jammu won gold in the Under-15 Girls. RHD Club won the Under-18 Boys title while APS took gold in the Under-18 Girls.
