JAMMU, Mar 3: Kashmir Peace Lovers organized a glittering function to commemorate the 10th edition of Kashmir Premier League (KPL) at Florence Club in Gurugram.
The function was attended by eminent dignitaries supporting Kashmir Peace Lovers, captains of the various teams, volunteers and patrons of Kashmir Peace Lovers. On the occasion, a Coffee book table was launched to showcase the 10-year journey of Kashmir Peace Lovers.
Featuring breathtaking league activities, captivating illustrations and insightful information, the Book highlighted how Kashmir Peace Lovers has been instrumental in grooming kids, empowering women, connecting youth with their roots and promoting rich cultural values. The Book acknowledged the immense support from volunteers and sponsors.
The Book was unveiled by prominent personalities like Dr Rajinder Jalali, Dr Satish Chandra Wasoori, eminent writer and ICL initiator Ashish Kaul, Advocate Ashok Bhan, Chairman Ramesh Aggarwal, Alcobrew Chairman Romesh Pandita, entrepreneur Ajay Bhat and ex-Test Cricketer Gurcharan Singh.
The dates of the new edition of KPL to be played in April too were announced. This year’s edition will include cash prizes for not only the winner and runner up teams but also for 5 best selected players.
The night culminated in a memorable musical extravaganza performed by Gautam Raina that left attendees feeling entertained and delighted.
