JAMMU, Jan 1: The State Government today ordered transfer and postings of 11 KAS officers with immediate effect.
Reyaz Ahmad, Special Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary Higher Education Department while Nitu Gupta, Special Secretary Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment. Rifat Arif, Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department, shall hold the additional charge of the post of the Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department.
Anil Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kishtwar, vice Garbi Rashid Dar who has been transferred and his service have been placed at the disposal of Managing Director JKSRTC for his posting as General Manager.
Tilak Raj, General Manager, DIC, Poonch, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the State Vigilance Organization. Manzoor Hussain, Programme Officers ICDS Project Poonch, shall hold the additional charge of the post of General Manager DIC Poonch, till further orders.
Natasha Kalsotra, under orders of postings as Additional Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission, has been posted as Programme Officers, ICDS Project Jammu, relieving Rimpy Ohri, Programme Officers, ICDS Project Udhampur, of the additional charge of the post.
Jyoti Rani Slathia, Programme Officers, ICDS Project Jammu, presently on child care leave, has been transferred and she shall await further orders of posting in the GAD.
Mushtaq Ahmad, Under Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary, Revenue Department vice Manzoor Ahmad Parray, who has been transferred and posted in the Vigilance Commission.
Joni Kumar, Under Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted in State Vigilance Commission.
