JAMMU, May 2: J&K Sports Speed Ball Association selected 12 players for Sub Junior National Speed Ball Championship 2016, to be organized by Maharashtra Speed Ball Associationat Pune in Maharashtra from May 5 to May 8,2016 .
Before departing for the Championship, the selected players were introduced to Priya Sethi, Minister of State for Education, Technical Education, Culture, Tourism, Horticulture, Floriculture and Parks. Anil Nanda from J&K Sports Speed Ball Association was pressnt on the occasion.
Mrs Sethi said that the players from Jammu & Kashmir are talented and the need is to explore their talent by providing them proper Opportunity.
Those who were selected for the Championship included Janvi Sharma, Pranay Gupta, Manthan Pandoh, Adveer Kundal, Krish Sharma, Gurmanjeet Singh, Aryan Kangotra Suryansh Ranbotra, Amandeep, Mansi Slathia, Ashutosh Singh, besides Simaran Slathia and Sunny Nanda will accompany the team as Manager and Coach respectively.
