JAMMU, May 12: Freedom Society-an association of Sports and Martial Arts organized 12th State Martial Arts Championship, which concluded at DBN Vidya Mandir School Mubarak Mandi, here today.
The championship was organized by Karun Khajuria 3rd Dan, Black Belt & Martial Arts, 1st Dan Black Belt Taekwondo and International Gold medalist and National Gold medalist, National Instructor & Empire Chairman of the society.
Rajendra Kakkar (Secretary) was the chief guest, while the special guests of honour were Darshan Lal Manager DBN Amarvilla and Vishu Dogra Principal DBN School Mubarak Mandi, Binny Bharat (Balvinder Singh) Assistant Manager DBN School Mubarak Mandi Jammu were the special invitees of the opening ceremony.
Anil Masom, Corporator was the chief guest of the closing ceremony along with Nirmal Babbar ACM School Janipur and Vishu Partap Singh.
In the championship, DBN Vidya Mandir School Mubarak Mandi Jammu stood 1st, ACM Public School Janipur and Rhyme Time Play Way School remained 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The DBN Vidya Mandir School Mubarak Mandi Jammu bagged 22 Gold, 08 Silver and 3 Bronze, ACM School Janipur bagged 5 Gold, 11 Silver and 7 Bronze, Rhyme Time Play Way School bagged 04 Gold, 10 Silver and 6 Bronze, Samba Team bagged 4 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze, Udhampur Team 5 Gold and Private Club scored 5 Gold and 1 Silver.
The Championship was organized under the supervision of Karun Khajuria (Chairman), Officials and Instructors of the society.
