JAMMU, Dec 3: 12th State Matsogi-Do Championship-2013 was organized by the Matsogi-Do Association of J&K at Gadi Garh, here.
The students of Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana participated under the guidance of Ruchi Charak (Trustee), Dr Shivani Singh (Principal) and Pankaj Mehra (Instructor).
The young fighters exhibited their skills and brought laurels to the school.
Gold medal winners who gave tough fight to their opponents included Pratham of Class 6th, Aditya Sharma of Class 4th, Komal of Class 4th, Himani of Class 4th and Sanjeevani of Class-2nd.
Also proving their mettle were silver medal winners Nitya Nipun of Class 6th, Raghav of Class 5th, Vikas of Class 4th, Rahil Dogra of Class 1st and the bronze medal winners included Jasmeet of Class 5th, Jhanvi Thapa of Class 5th, Ayush of Class 5th, Jyoti Rai of Class 4th, Akash Charak of Class 4th, Harivansh of Class 4th, Abhijay Singh Charak of Class 3rd, Ansh Charak of Class 2nd, Ashmit Mahajan of Class 2nd, Akhileshwar Singh Charak of Class-1st, Krishna of Class 1st and Chahat of Class 1st.
The medallist have been selected for 9th National Matsogi-Do Championship 2013 which will be held at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Delhi from December 29 to December 31, 2013.
