JAMMU, Aug 6: Full Court, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar, today ordered transfers and postings of 13 Judicial Officers.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Kaneez Fatima, Rajesh Sekhri, Principal District and Sessions Judge Ramban has been transferred and posted as Additional Sessions Judge Jammu against vacant post.
Kalpana Revo, District and Sessions Judge Leave Reserve has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Ramban. Shujat Ali, Special Judge Anti-Corruption (CBI Cases) has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Ganderbal. Aijaz Ahmad Mir, Principal Sessions Judge Ganderbal has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anti-Corruption (CBI Cases).
Rajni Sharma, Forest Magistrate Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Sub Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Udhampur. Bashir Ahmad Munshi, Sub Judge/ Special Mobile Magistrate has been transferred as Forest Magistrate Srinagar. Spalzes Angmo has been transferred and posted as CJM Leh.
Fozia Paul, Munsiff Chadoora has been transferred and posted as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Awantipora, Feroz Ahmad Khan, Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Awantipora has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Chadoora, Jahangir Ahmad Bakshi, Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Pahalgam has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Shopian.
Mudasir Farooq, Munsiff Aishmuqam will hold the additional charge of Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Pahalgam, Chemit Yurgyal, Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Batalik has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Zanskar and Tsewang Phuntsog, Munsiff Sanku will look after the charge of Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Batalik.
