JAMMU, Aug 18: On the second day of the 13th J&K-UT Shooting Championship witnessed intense competition across various venues, including the Shooting Range of DYSS, Mission Olympic Shooting Academy Jammu, NCC Shooting Range at Nagrota, and Police Academy Udhampur. The championship featured events in the Air Rifle and Air Pistol categories.
Top scorers of the day included Aneesha Sharma, who dominated the ISSF 10M Air Rifle category with a score of 629.2, and Utkarsh Khajuria, who led the NR category with a score of 387/400. In the Air Pistol events, Pavneet Kour excelled with a score of 565 in the ISSF category, while Pintu Hans scored 372/400 in the NR category. The matches were expertly managed by the JKRA Technical Panel under the supervision of Rajesh Virdhy and S.S. Sodhi, President of JKRA, commended the shooters for their outstanding performances.
