SRINAGAR, Sept 8: Police today said that fourteen persons including 11 non-local labours were injured in different roads accidents in Valley.
A police official said that a mini-passenger bus (JK02B – 9477) which was on its way to summer capital here tuned turtle along National Highway near Galandar in Pampore Town of south Kashmir resulting in injuries to 11 persons. The official said that the accident occurred at around 4 am in the morning and the injured were shifted to Sub-District Hospital Pampore. The official further said that the injured persons were all non-local labours and later 5 of them were referred to city here for specialized treatment.
Meanwhile, a police spokesman said that a Tata mobile bearing registration number JK04-9883 collided with a motorcycle at Hardushurah in Khag area of Budgam district. “Both the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital Magam for treatment.
He said that a Tata mobile bearing registration number JK03C-5749 hit and injure a pedestrian namely Mohammad Ibrahim Thoker at Waghama in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district. “The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
