JAMMU, Dec 14: The 15th State Level Speedball Championship, organized by the J&K Sports Speedball Association, concluded at Sukh Sagar Bhawan with over 500 players from schools across Jammu, Samba, and Kathua districts.
The closing ceremony was attended by Vikram Randhawa, MLA Gandhi Nagar, as the chief guest, with Pooja Malhotra (Founder Patron, JKSSB) as the presiding guest. Special guests included Asha Wali (Principal, Kinder Nest Playway School) and Munish Gupta (Vice President).
Rich Harvest School emerged as the overall champion, with winners receiving medals and certificates from the chief guest and association members. Best players from various schools, including SD Tara Puri Public High School, Mayfair High School, and Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua, were also honoured.
The medal winners will represent J&K in the National Speedball Championship in January 2025. The event was hosted by Vanshika Manhas, with a vote of thanks delivered by Pooja Malhotra.
