JAMMU, May 30: The police rescued 16 bovine animals from the clutches of smugglers in Manjakote area of district Rajouri roday.
Official sources said that at about 1220 hrs today Manjakote police during naka checking intercepted one long truck (Tralla) bearing registration No JK02CD- 2627 loaded with 16 bovines without any permission on its way towards Poonch. A case FIR No 69/2022 was registered against driver namely Karamaat Hussain, son of Liyqat Hussain, resident of Dehri Ralyote by police.
