2 absconders arrested

SAMBA, June 3: Special teams of District Police Samba today arrested two absconders wanted in different cases registered at Police Station Samba.
According to the report, a Police team of Police Station Samba in coordination with DSB Samba headed by Inspector, Shiv Dev Singh, SHO Police Station, Samba under the supervision of Deepak Digra, Dy.SP Hqrs. Samba arrested an absconder wanted in case registered under case FIR No. 129/2013 U/S 188 RPC 2/3 PCA Act.
The accused namely Nazarat Ullah, son of Shakhi Mohd resident of Rajal, Nowshera, Rajouri who was on the run for the last six years after commission of crime has been arrested from Samba and produced in the court of law from where he was sent to in Sub Jail Hiranagar after execution of arrest warrant issued against him.
In another similar incident, a police party of P/S Samba in co-ordination with sleuths of DSB Samba apprehended another absconder namely Kuldeep Raj, S/o Ram Rakha, R/O Ward No. 04, RS Pura Mehalwal, Jammu from Samba wanted in case FIR No. 83/2013 U/S 341/323/34 RPC of P/S Samba who was evading his arrest since commission of crime. Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and send to Sub- Jail Hiranagar.
Both the arrests were made under the overall supervision Faisel Qureshi, Addl SP Samba.
