Srinagar, Mar 12: Srinagar Police today arrested two absconders who were evading their arrest for over last two decades.
A Police party headed by Nikhil Borker, SHO PS R M Bagh under the supervision of SDPO Nehru Park Dr. Sachit Sharma and SP East Sheema Nabi succeeded in arresting two absconders.
They have been identified as Mehraj Din Bhat son of Mohd Sidiq and Javed Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad both residents of Zoonimar area of Srinagar. They were wanted for their involvement in Case FIR No. 218/1998 of PS Ram Mushi Bagh Srinagar and were evading their arrest since long.
Both the arrested accused were later produced before 3rd Additional Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Srinagar.
