2-day Science Exhibition concludes at DIET Reasi

REASI, Oct 18: 30th District Level Science Exhibition under JNNSE organized by District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Reasi concluded today at DIET Reasi.
A large number of students from different private and Government schools besides local people visited the exhibition where the students from elementary, primary and higher secondary level had displayed informative models highlighting the latest inventions in the field of science.
On the valedictory function, H R Pukhroo, Director School Education (DSE), Jammu was the chief guest while Ashok Kumar Sanyal, CEO Reasi, was the guest of honor.
In Elementary level, GMS Kothia was adjudged first while GMS Chamba and GMS Khori were adjudged as 2nd and 3rd, respectively. In Secondary level, HS Ransoo bagged first position while HS Kundra and HS Ser Sundwan were adjudged 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
In Higher Secondary level, GGHSS Reasi was adjudged first while GHSS Pouni and HSS Katra stood second and third, respectively. Prizes were distributed to the winning exhibits at the valedictory session, followed by a colorful cultural programme by the children of different schools.
Chief guest, H R Pukhroo widely appreciated the efforts putforth by students of the district and encouraged the young generation to become scientists.
