RAMBAN, Aug 17: Two drivers and a passenger were injured when a rashly driven truck rammed into vehicles near Nashri area, here.
As per police sources, a truck bearing Registration Number JK05E-3783 driven by Javed Ahmed Bhat, son of Fazal Ahmed Bhat of Bahrampora Sopore district Baramulla from Jammu towards Srinagar in a rash and negligent manner when reached near Nashri rammed into a truck bearing Registration Number CH01B-5153 and passenger auto bearing Registration Number JK19-3930, resulting into injuries to three persons including a passenger traveling in the auto.
The injured were identified as Raju, son of Ramu of Chandigarh, Nazir Ahmed, son of Gul Mohammad of Pernot district Ramban and Mohammad Sidiq, son of Mohammad Mirza of Dhalwas Chanderkote.
All the injured persons were shifted to DH Ramban for treatment.
A case under FIR Number 39/2020 under Sections 279 and 337 IPC has been registered at Chanderkote Police Station and investigation started.
