Srinagar, Dec 18: Two houses and a shop were damaged in fire incidents across Kashmir today.
Police said fire broke out in the two storied residential house of Noor Din Shah son of Kabir Shah at Hayard, Dooru in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
The roof of the house was damaged in the fire. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
Fire also broke out in the residential house of Abdul Rashid Hajam son of Ghulam Mohammad of Adapora Kull Damhal Hanjipora of Kulgam district due to leakage of cooking gas. The kitchen of the house was partially damaged in the incident.
Meanwhile, fire broke out in a shop of Dilawar Mir son of Mohammad Mir of Chowkibal. The shop was completely damaged in the incident. The fire was brought under control by the Fire tenders and local Police. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
