RAJOURI, Mar 10: Two persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Taryath and Palma area in district Rajouri today.
Reports said one person namely, Bishan Kumar, son of Mohan Lal, resident of Khwas was injured when a new Tata Mobile vehicle (without number), met with an accident near coal mine, Mogla at around 1.20 pm today. The injured was travelling in this vehicle from Jammu to Khawas. He was later shifted Kalakote hospital and then referred to GMC, Rajouri. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
Meanwhile, one Mohd Riaz, son of Atta Ullah, resident of Palma near Rajouri, was injured after his tractor turned turtle this evening at around 5.30 pm. He was removed to Rajouri hospital. Negligent driving was said to be the reason behind the mishap, the police said.
