POONCH, Aug 28: The police seized two mini-trucks along with 11 bovine animals on Mughal Road and arrested two persons in this connection early today.
A senior police official said that a police naka party intercepted two vehicles ( JK-11/2475 and JK-11A/290) at Poshiana near Pir Ki Gali on Mughal Road and found 11 bovine animals being transported to Kashmir valley. The police seized the vehicles along with animals and arrested two persons in this connection.
They were identified as Nassir Ahmed, son of Abdul Rashid of Badoon in Rajouri and Mohd Riaz, son of Mohd Shafi, resident of Behrote in Rajouri. A case FIR No. 126/ 2013 was registered against them at Surankote Police Station.
