JAMMU, Apr 28: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu, Sanjay Parihar today awarded two years imprisonment to Mohd Ashraf, Head Constable posted in the office of ADGP, HG/Aux, for issuing fake orders for the appointment of constables in Police Department.
After hearing CPO Rajesh Bakshi appearing for the Crime Branch whereas Advocate PN Bhat for the accused person, Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu observed, “prosecution has proved its case that accused had forged the orders”.
Accordingly, court awarded 2 years imprisonment.
