AKHNOOR, Nov 17: About 20,000 candidates have been screened till date and approximately four to five thousand candidates are anticipated to participate in the Army Open recruitment rally, which was kick started here on November 12 and will conclude on November 21.
The Medical examination of the successful candidates will continue upto November 21, 2013.
The recruitment rally is meant for ten districts viz : Samba, Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur, Reasi, Rajouri, Poonch, Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar.
The written examination of successful candidates would be held at Akhnoor at Rally site on Nov 24, 2013. The written examination for the candidates, who have been verified as fit in review medical / documents verification forwarded to various authorities, is scheduled on February 2, 2014.
The rally has been organized by Army Recruiting Office, Jammu, under the aegis of HQ Recruiting Zone (Punjab and J&K), Jalandhar Cantonment.
