According to the order issued, Dr Fauzia Habib, DHO, Anantnag holding the additional charge of Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Anantnag has been transferred and posted as Incharge Medical Superintendent, Police Hospital, Srinagar, Dr Anis Nabi, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri was transferred and posted as Incharge Medical Superintendent DH, Rajouri against available vacancy.
Dr Bashir Ahmad, Medical Officer, DH, Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Incharge DHO, Rajouri, Dr Sanjeev Gupta, Consultant Paediatrics, DH, Rajouri was transferred and posted in Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu vice Dr Javed lqbal Giri who will report to Directorate of Health Services, Jammu.
Dr Rameshwar Singh Manhas, Medical Officer, CHC, Khour has been transferred and posted in Psychiatric Hospital, Jammu, Dr Kiran Sharma, Medical Officer, Psychiatric Hospital, Jammu was transferred and posted in CHC, Khour, Dr Meenakshi Wakhloo, Medical Officer, Psychiatric Hospital, Jammu has been transferred and posted in DH, Kathua.
