23 KAS officers shuffled

JAMMU, Oct 16: The State Government today ordered transfers and postings of 23 KAS officers with immediate effect.
Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, Additional District Development Commissioner Budgam, has been transferred and posted as ADDC Srinagar against an available vacancy while Mohammad Hussain, DC (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, is transferred and posted as ADDC Budgam vice Aijaz Ahmad Bhat.
Sunita Anand, Joint Director J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, is transferred and posted as DC (Central in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, vice Mohammad Hussain Mir.
Pawan Singh Rathore, Members Secretary SEGC MGNREGA, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development vice Sunita Anand. Rafiq Ahmad Hakim, Director Panchayti Raj and ex-officio Special Secretary Department of Rural Development and Panchayti Raj, shall hold the charge of the post of Secretary SEGC MGNREGA in additional to his own duties, till further order.
Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash, Special Secretary Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as ADDC Ganderbal vice M M Rehman Ghasi, who is transferred and posted as ADDC Kupwara against an available vacancy.
Gulzar Ahmead Dar, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive) Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Relief Organization (Migrants), Srinagar, against an available vacancy.
Shabir Hussain Bhat, CEO Tourism Development Authority Doodpathri, has been transferred and posted as ADC Anantnag relieving Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, CEO Tourism Development Authority Pahalgam of the additional charge of the post.
Fayaz Ahmad Banday, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, is transferred and posted as General Manager DIC Budgam against an available vacancy while Reyaz Ahmad Shah, Deputy Director ICDS Project Social Welfare Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development Baramulla against an available vacancy.
Bilal Khurshid, Deputy Director Libraries, Srinagar is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Srinagar relieving Hamidullah Mir, ACR Srinagar of the additional charge of the post.
Dr Zakir Hussain, General Manager DIC Poonch, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Poonch, against an available vacancy. He shall hold the charge of the post of General Manager DIC Poonch, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Bal Krishan, Deputy Secretary Bureau of Public Enterprises and Floriculture is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Rural Sanitation Jammu vice Sandish Kumar, who has been transferred and posted as Principal Revenue Training Institute Jammu against an available vacancy.
Vishal Sharma, Special Assistant in Personal Section of the Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, is transferred and posted as General Manager DIC Jammu against an available vacancy.
Balbir Singh, Project Officer, Water-shed Kishtwar, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Samba vice Suram Chand Sharma, who has been transferred and posted as ACD Jammu against an available vacancy.
Akhtar Hussain Qazi, Project Officer, Self Employment is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishtwar against an available vacancy. He shall hold the charge of the post of Project Officer, Self Employment Kishtwar in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Suman Bala, Registrar, J&K Board of Homeopathic System of Medicine, presently Deputy Secretary in the Summer Secretariat, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Tribal Affairs, Jammu relieving Ankur Mahajan, Deputy Director, ICDS Project, Jammu of the additional charge of the post. She shall take over the charge of the post after winding up of the Summer Secretariat on 3.11.2014.
