JAMMU, Jan. 1: The 2nd J&K Masters Inter State Cricket league T20 unveiled the coveted trophy for the second edition of the J&K Masters Inter State Cricket Championship, which will be held in M.A. Cricket Stadium Jammu from January 2. The championship shall be organized by Range Police headquarters, Jammu & Kashmir Veterans Cricket Association, under the guidance of Shakti Pathak, DIG Jammu and Arun Gupta President of J&K Veterans Cricket Association.
Arun Gupta President J&K Veterans Cricket Association unveiled the trophies in presence of DIG Railway Jammu Haseeb Ur Rehman, SSP RK Bhat, SSP Abdul Waheed Shah, Rajesh Gill former Ranji Player, Avinash Uttam, Amir Almansoor and Vicky Raina.
Arun Gupta praised the coordinator & executive members of organizing team for conducting the “2nd J&K Masters Inter State Cricket League Championship” for the Veterans Cricketers of the UT of J&K by involving the senior cricketers of Delhi, Punjab and M.P.
Haseeb Ur Rehman DIG Railway Jammu who presided over the function said it is a significant milestone and our main aim to achieving even greater sporting accomplishments at future major games and competitions. He further said that this championship will give many passionate cricketers, including those from rural and border areas, an opportunity to showcase their potential.
Rajesh Gill expressed his excitement and anticipation for the league, stating, “I am thrilled and delighted that the 2nd J&K Masters Inter State Cricket league Championship has launched and 6 teams which includes former Ranji players and Senior Officer of J&K, Delhi & MP have confirmed their participation.”
