SAMBA, Apr 3: Bari Brahmana Police has registered a case under FIR Number 67/2017U/S 451, 323, 4/25 Arms Act against Varun Bakshi S/O Harbans Lal of Hari Singh Nagar Rehari Jammu and Suvam Sharma, S/O Raj Kumar of Patoli Mangotrian Jammu for murderous assault on Ajay Kumar S / 0 Krishan Lal R / O Doda A / P Kala Gate BariBbrahmana.
Police said he was beaten with iron rods and Tokas by the duo for non payment of money to them.
In another case Bari Brahamana Police has booked Rajan Yadav S/O Subash Yadav of UP at present Teli Basti Baribrahmana U/S 323,341,307 RPC for attacking Ankush son of Mulkh Raj of Rajiv Colony Bari Brahmana today with iron rods while he was on way to shopping.
