JAMMU, May 23: The State Government today ordered transfer and postings of three IAS and seven KAS officers.
Rohit Kansal, Commissioner/Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, holding additional charge of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister has been posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister on full time basis.
He will hold the charge of the Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, relieving the Chief Secretary of the additional charge of the post. He will also continue to hold the charge of the Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation, Estates and Hospitality & Protocol Departments.
Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary, Agriculture Production Department was transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department, vice Rohit Kansal.
Sundeep Kumar Nayak, Chief Executive Officer, Jhelum and Tawi Food Recovery Project, will also hold the charge of the Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, in addition to his own duties.
Meanwhile, the State Government has ordered transfers and postings of seven KAS officers, with immediate effect.
Amreet Singh, Deputy Secretary, Department of Forest and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, vice Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, who has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, against an available vacancy.
Tej Krishan Bhat, Additional Secretary, Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
Anil Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj was transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Finance Department.
Vivek Modi, Deputy Secretary, Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.
Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Zainapora, Shopian was transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pahalgam, vice Nissar Ahmad Nissar, who will await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
Mohammad Hussain Malik, Secretary to the Chief Minister, holding additional charge of the Administrative Secretary, Horticulture Department will also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Department.
