3 injured in separate road mishaps

JAMMU, Oct 24: Three persons including a minor girl were injured today in separate road accidents in different parts of Jammu region.
A minor girl namely Asha Koul (17) daughter of Rajinder Koul got injured when the mini-bus she was travelling in was hit by a truck near Peer Baba at Manda area of Ambphalla. The injured girl was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where her condition is stated to be stable.
The other accident occured at Hiranagar where a bike was hit by a car. In the accident the pillion rider, Vandana wife of Sumit Raina (an Army personnel) and resident of Kangra (HP) was injured. She was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital in Hiranagar from where she was later shifted to GMCH, Jammu.
In 3rd incident held this evening at Narwal area of city outskirts, a man got injured when the bike he was riding on was hit by a car. The injured identified as Amit Kumar son of Karam Kumar and resident of Parhiayan Mohalla, Narwal, was shifted to GMCH for treatment.
In all the three cases, the concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
