JAMMU, Aug 25: Issuing three separate orders today, Higher Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir deputed 3 Principals/Incharge (I/c) Principals as Deans in Cluster University Jammu/Srinagar and ordered transfers and postings of 24 Principals/I/c Principals. Further, 21 Associate Professors were placed as I/c Principals.
According to 1st order, Chander Shekhar (Principal, GDC Reasi) and Ranvijay Singh (I/c Principal, GDC Ukhral) have been transferred and posted as Deans of Cluster University of Jammu (CUJ). Further, Naseer Hussain Shah (I/c Principal, GDC Vailoo Larnoo) has been posted as Dean, Cluster University of Kashmir (CUK). Consequently, Sindoo Kapoor (Dean, CUJ) and Sanjay Kumar (Dean, CUK) have been repatriated to Higher Education Department (HED) for further duties.
Meanwhile, as per another order, 24 Principals/I/c Principals have been shifted. Mohd Shafi Lone has been transferred from GDC Sogam to GDC Kupwara, Afsana Mahjoo from GDC Singhpora to GDC Soibugh, Tehmeena Yousuf from GDC Thindam Kreri to GCW Zakura, Hudda Galzai from GDC Hajin to GDC Pampore vice Nighat Nasreen, Nighat Nasreen from GDC Pampore to GCW Nawakadal, Mohd Amin Malik from GDC Bandipora to GDC Allochibagh, Nargis Bano from GDC Mattan to GDC Khansahib vice Tanveer Indrabi, Ghulam Nabi Lone from GDC Kralpora to GDC Hadipora and Tanveer Indrabi from GDC Khansahib to GDC Vailo Larnoo.
Associate Professor Tariq Ashai (Chemistry) has been transferred from AS College to GDC Pattan, Associate Prof Shamim Ahmed Dar (Zoology) from GDC Shopian to GDC Sogam vice Mohd Shafi Lone, Associate Prof Samina Yesvi (Zoology) from GCW MA Road to GDC Beerwah vice Fehmida Jan (she will assume the charge after superannuation of Fehmida Jan i.e. 01-09-2022), Associate Prof Mohd Yaqoob Baba (Botany) from GDC Shopian to GDC Eidgarh, Associate Prof Shabeena Iqbal Shawl (Home Science) from GCW MA Road to GDC Sumbal, Associate Prof Nisar Ahmad Dar (Botany) from GDC Tangmarg to GDC Verinag and Associate Prof Mujahid Ahmed Pehloo (Geography) from AS College Srinagar to GDC Qazigund.
Associate Prof Yasmeen Majid Khan (Home Science) has been transferred from GCW MA Road to GDC Kilam, Associate Prof Sadaf Nazir (Botany) from GCW MA Road to GDC Kangan, Associate Prof Javaid Hussain (Zoology) from GDC Anantnag to GDC Mattan, Associate Prof Rubia Rashid (Zoology) from GCW MA Road to GDC Tangmarg, Associate Prof Pinoo Indrabi (Home Science) from GCW MA Road to GDC Hajin vice Huda Gulzai, Associate Prof Syed Wallayat Hussain Rizvi (Botany) from SP College Srinagar to GDC Bandipora vice Mohd Amin Malik, Associate Prof Kounsar Jan (Zoology) from GDC Sopore to GDC Thindam Kreri vice Tehmeena Yousouf and Associate Prof Abdul Rashid Malik (Botany) from GDC Baramulla to GDC Kralpora vice Ghulam Nabi Lone.
Further Principal/Incharge Principal Farooq Ahmed Mir (posted at GDC Gurez) shall look after the charge of GDC Tulail, Tariq Ashai (posted at GDC Pattan) shall look after the charge of GDC Singhpora and Muzaffar Ahmed Bhat (posted at Anantnag) shall look after the work of GDC Chittisinghpora, in addition to their own duties.
According to another order, 21 senior most Associate Professors have been placed as I/c Principals (on temporary officiating basis) in their own pay & grade with charge allowance as admissible under rules. Tariq Ashai (Chemistry) has been as I/c Principal in AS College Srinagar, Shamim Ahmed Dar (Zoology) in GDC Shopian, Javaid Hussain (Zoology) in GDC Anantnag, Yasmeen Majid Khan (Home Science), Shabeena Iqbal Shawl (Home Science) and Pinoo Indrabi (Home Science) in GCW MA Road Srinagar, Arti Pandoh (Physics) in GDC Kunjwani and Koshal Kumar Mangotra (Education) in GCOE Jammu.
Mujahid Ahmed Pehloo (Geography) in AS College Srinagar, Khadam Hussain (Geography) in GDC Poonch, Ashok Kumar (Education) in GDC Jindrah, Samina Yesvi (Zoology) and Rubia Rashid (Zoology) in GCW MA Road Srinagar, Kounsar Jan (Zoology) in GDC Sopore, Farooq Ahmed (Zoology) in GDC Poonch, Neeru Dhalla (Zoology) in GDC Akhnoor, Abdul Rashid Malik (Botany) in GDC Baramulla, Nisar Ahmad Dar (Botany) in GDC Tangmarg, Syed Wallayat Hussain Rizvi (Botany) in SP College Srinagar, Mohd Yaqoob Baba (Botany) in GDC Shopian and Sadaf Nazir (Botany) in GCW MA Road Srinagar.
