36th J&K Stag State TT Championship begins

JAMMU, Nov 9: 36th J&K Stag State and Inter District Table Tennis Championship was today declared open by Abdul Qayoom, Chief Sports Officer J&K State Sports Council at Indoor Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
Around 300 players from almost all the districts of the State are participating in the Championship.
Prominent amongst others present on the occasion were Ajay Sharma, Rajan Sharma, Sunil Sharma, Satish Gupta, Satbir Singh and Sheetal Gandotra.
In cadet boys 1st round, Tejesbir beat Sunil (11-4,11-5), Sawan Gupta got better of Akhilesh (11-6,11-7), Mahi trounced Rohan Langer (11-6,11-2), Anush prevailed over Bhuvan (11-3,11-4), Sudikshan trounced Krishna (11-7,11-8), Shivaik Goel drubbed Pratham (11-7,11-6), Meahay defeated Utkarsh (11-3,11-4) and Hanumant outplayed Paras (11-1,11-7), while cadet girls 1st round, Yoguni outclassed Mannat (11-5,11-7), Archita outplayed Jasjeet (11-2,11-3), Yatksha toppled Hargun (11-7,11-8), Bhavya beat Tanishka (11-6,11-5) and Iknoor defeated Simran (11-8, 11-1),
In sub junior boys 1st round, Manandeep Singh drubbed Mahi (11-6,11-9), Ashwin Pandoh trounced Ayush (11-7,11-6), Hanumant trounced Aryan (11-7,11-8), Rajveer Singh prevailed over Sawan Gupta (11-2,11-8), Ketan outplayed Amogh (11-7,11-1), Sudokshan beat Ragdeep Singh (11-9,11-8), Naman drubbed Aman Gupta (11-3, 9-11, 11-3), Abhay Koul got better of Aasharay (11-3,11-4), Aryaman outclassed Tanish (11-7,11-3), Arnav beat Vikash (11-6,11-7), Ninad defeated Ansh Gupta (11-9, 9-11, 11-9), Amrit Koul drubbed Kartavya (11-4,11-2), Tanuj Preet defeated Lavyan (11-7,11-8), Ashank trounced Pratham (11-7,11-8) and Ritvik outplayed Vidant (11-7,11-6).
