SRINAGAR, July 17: In a major reshuffle, Full Court of J&K High Court has ordered transfers and postings of 39 District and Sessions Judges.
According to the order issued by Registrar General of High Court, Sanjay Dhar, consequent upon the promotion of Sub-Judges Rupali Ratta, Suneet Gupta, Masarat Shaheen, Ritesh Kumar Dubey, Mehmood Ahmad Chowdhary, Kamlesh Pandita, Ranbir Singh Jasrotia and Sarfaraz Hussain Shah as District Judges the Full Court has ordered transfers and postings of 39 District and Sessions Judges including the promotees.
Vinod Chatterjee Koul, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu against available vacancy. The services of Puneet Gupta, Special Judge Anti-Corruption for CBI Cases Jammu have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his adjustment in the Registry.
Mohan Lal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Samba has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anti Corruption (CBI Cases) Jammu, vice Puneet Gupta. Mohd Akram Choudhary, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua vice Vinod Chatterjee Koul.
Rajesh Sekhri, Additional District Judge (Bank Cases) Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla vice Syed Tawqeer Ahmad. Ramesh Kumar Wattal, Member, J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Samba vice Mohan Lal Manhas.
Inder Singh, Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Ramban vice Kalpana Revo. Kishore Kumar, 3rd Additional District Judge, TADA, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kulgam, vice Zubair Ahmad Raza.
Bala Jyoti, Presiding Officer, J&K One Man Forest Authority has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge (Bank Cases), Jammu, vice Rajesh Sekhri. Subash Chander Gupta, Additional District Judge (Matrimonial Cases), Jammu has been transferred and posted as PO, MACT Srinagar vice Madan Lal. Mohd Ali Khan, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shopian has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu vice R K Wattal.

Shahzad Azeem, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri vice Inder Singh.
Jaffer Hussain Beg, Presiding Officer, MACT, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Tribunal, against available vacancy. Ashok Kumar, President Divisional Consumer Protection Forum, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shopian, vice Mohd Ali Khan.
