UDHAMPUR, Sept 25: Udhampur Table Tennis Academy (UTTA) is organizing 3rd District Open Table Tennis Championship from September 29 to October 1 at Vikas Palace, Railway Road, here.
In a handout issued, Kumar Tarun, President, UTTA, said that championship will be played in three categories–Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior (boys and girls).
He informed that the championship will be played on knockout basis as per TTFI rules, adding that matches will start from 10 am onwards.
Tarun stated that the entry fee for Sub-Junior is Rs 50, Junior is Rs 70 and for Senior is Rs 100.
He asked the interested plated to register their name by calling on mobile numbers 87130-00084, 95968-92252, 88031-88760 and 96220-88045.
The Championship will be played under the auspicious of District Table Tennis Association Udhampur and J&K Table Tennis Association, he stated and appealed to the youth to participate in the championship.
