UDHAMPUR, Oct 22: Four persons were injured in different road accident across Udhampur District, here today.
According to the reports a motorcycle, bearing registration number JK08-2338, was hit by a Truck HP38D-5477 near Majalta. Police rushed to the spot and took the injured motorcyclist to Primary Health Center (PHC) Majalta. The injured was identified as Hari Krishan (25), son of Dass Raj of Billawar.
In another road accident, a Tanker JK20-8131, rolled down in a gorge near Battal Morh, while was on its way from Udhampur to Majalta. The injured driver, identified as Mohd Hasan (38), son of Gulam Mohd of Jib Udhampur, was shifted to PHC Majalta.
A TATA Sumo, bearing registration number JK14C-0764, collided with a load carrier JK14D-0887 on the National Highway at Khari, resulting into injuries Altaf Mohd Dar (34), son of Gulam Mohd Dar of Shopaia Kashmir.
Meanwhile, in another accident, a youth was injured when his Scooty JK14D-0178 collided with a minibus JK14-9676 at Salian Talab Udhampur. The injured, identified as Arun Sharma (18), son of Shanker Dass of Slathia Chowk Udhampur, was shifted to Udhampur hospital.
