JAMMU, Aug 28: The Government has assigned the charge of Time Scale /equivalent level posts of KAS to 28 officers of the departmental feeding services and consequent upon these promotions, transfer and posting of 40 officers is affected with immediate affect.
The promoted officers include Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz, Veveik Puri, Tabasum Shafat Kamili, Harbans Lal, Syed Shabir Ahmad, Deepika Rana, Mohd. Ashraf Sheikh, Dr. Khalid Hussain Malik, Ansuya Jamwal, Satish Kumar, Narinder Kour, Dr Zakir Hussain, Reyaz Ahmad Malik, Kanchan Bala, Mohd. Ashraf, Jalal-ud-Din Ganie, Amreet Singh, Mohammad Shafi Dar, Afsan Masood, Mohammad Hussain, Devinder Paul, Ab Hamid Zargar, Ghulam Ahmad Mala,
Mohd. Syed Khan, Sanjeev Kumar, Inderjeet Singh, Sushil Keasar and Ravi Mohan Khajuria.
Consequent upon the promotions, transfers and postings of 40 officers, including the promotees, has been ordered with immediate effect.
Rishpal Singh, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, is transferred and posted as Deputy Chief Electoral Officer in the office of Chief Electoral Officer, J&K.
Vikas Gupta, SDM Badnote-Billawar, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Kathua, vice Rajinder Singh, who is transferred and posted as CEO Katra Development Authority against an available vacancy.
Pankaj Raj Katoch, Revenue Attorney with Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Assistant Settlement Commissioner, J&K, against an available vacancy while Narinder Khajuria, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, is posted as Deputy Secretary in the Governor’s Secretariat.
Faqir Chand Dansalia, Deputy Secretary CAPD, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Ramban, vice Bharat Singh who is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Finance Department.
Deep Raj, Deputy Secretary Information Technology Department, is transferred and posted as SDM Badnote-Billawar, vice Vikas Gupta.
Kusum Sharma, Deputy Director, IMPA and Rural Development, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Water-shed, Rajouri, vice Devinder Singh Bhau, who is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for further adjustment against a post equivalent to Time Scale KAS.
Rimpy Ohri, Collector, Northern Railway, Udhampur/Reasi, is transferred and posted as Registrar, Sales Tax Tribunal, against an available vacancy while Devinder Singh Katoch, General Manager, DIC, Samba, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary,
J&K Public Service Commission.
Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz, DPO, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Ganderbal, against an available vacancy while Veveik Puri, DPO, Leh, is transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Ravi Tawi Irrigation Complex, Jammu/Kathua, against an available vacancy.
Tabasum Shafat Kamili, Assistant Director in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, is posted as Deputy Director in the same Directorate against an available vacancy.
Harbans Lal, CDPO, Kalakote, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District
Employment and Counselling Centre, Rajouri against an available vacancy.
Syed Shabir Ahmad, DSWO, Budgam, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Lakes and
Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Collector, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Deepika Rana, CDPO, Gandhi Nagar, is transferred and shall await further orders of posting in GAD while Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, CDPO, Tral, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Anantnag, against an available vacancy.
Dr Khalid Hussain Malik shall continue in the Personal Section of Minister for Higher Education as Special Assistant.
Ansuya Jamwal, Assistant Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, IMPA and Rural Development Jammu, vice Kusum Sharma.
Satish Kumar, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, is posted as General Manager, DIC, Samba, vice Devinder Singh Katoch while Narinder Kour, CDPO, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Collector, Northern Railways, Udhampur/Reasi, vice Rimpy Ohri.
Dr Zakir Hussain, DSWO, Poonch, is transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Poonch, against an available vacancy while Reyaz Ahmad Malik, DPO, Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary CAPD.
Kanchan Bala, CDPO, Majalta, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Youth Services and Sports, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Ashraf, DSWO, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director,
District Employment and Counselling Centre, Poonch, against an available vacancy while
Jalal-ud-din Ganie, DPO, Ganderbal, is transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Pulwama, against an available vacancy.
Amreet Singh, Private Secretary to Commissioner/Secretary Forest Department, is posted as Deputy Secretary to Forest Department while Mohammad Shafi Dar, Private Secretary to Director General, IMPA and Rural Development, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Information Technology Department.
Afsan Masood, Cultural Officer, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Information, Jammu.
Mohammad Hussain, Assistant Director, Information, Kargil, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Kargil, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of General Manager, DIC, Kargil.
Devinder Paul, Tehsildar, Sunderbani, is transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Rajouri, against an available vacancy while Abdul Hamid Zargar,
Tehsildar, Budgam, is transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Budgam, against an available vacancy.

Further, the services of Anil Sharma, Assistant Director Schemes in the Directorate of Social Welfare Jammu, presently on deputation to SMVDSB, are placed at the disposal of SMVDSB for further adjustment against any post in the pay scale of Rs 9300-34800.
