JAMMU, Dec 5: The 4th District Jammu Kickboxing Championship organized by Jammu District Kickboxing Association under the aegis of Kickboxing Association J&K concluded with the holding of valedictory function at Indoor Hall Bhagwati Nagar here today.
RM Public School bagged the overall trophy while Sambyal Sports Club remained second. Third position went to Jammu Sanskriti School considering the medals won in different age groups.
Around 200 players from various schools, clubs and colleges participated in this event.
At the closing ceremony, Ajay Verma MD Nice Gem was the chief guest, who presented medals to the winners accompanied by Gaurav Chopra Corporator Ward Number 28 Jammu as special guest.
On the occasion, GN Tantray Working President of the association and Abhishek Jain UT General Secretary complimented the District Jammu Association General Secretary Danish Padha, Organizing Secretary Irfan Choudhary and their team including Megha Rani, Jagpreet Kour, Nardeep, Sahil Sambyal and Surya Partap for their efforts to make this championship a big success.
