Srinagar, Aug 2: Cricket Fraternity Dalgate (CFD) is going to organise 4th edition of ‘Champions Trophy Cricket Tournament’ at TRC Ground from tomorrow.
About 32 teams across the Valley will participate in this 30 over knockout basis game. “We have been conducting sports activities at TRC Ground for the last many years and as far as cricket is concerned we are conducting tournaments regularly and teams from all over the Valley are participating in our tournaments,” president CFD Imtiyaz Ahmad Munshi said.
Imtiyaz Ahmad said that such tournaments were helping the budding cricketers to display their sport talent, whereas the inaugural match will be played between Back Country Bashers and Kings XI Murran Pulwama and the same will be broadcasted live on official channel of Youtube and Facebook of the CFD.
