SRINAGAR, July 2: Four persons were injured today in different road accidents across Valley.
A police spokesperson said that a Tavera vehicle bearing registration number JK14C 760 hit and injured a pedestrian Abdul Rashid Khatana, 45 son of Abdul Rehman, of Ashmuqam near Iqbal Mohallah, Bijbehara. The injured was shifted to Hospital for treatment. Bijbehara Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a Tata Sumo bearing registration number Jk03B 6416 hit and injured a pedestrian Abdul Samad of Zalangam at Bidder, Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district. The injured was shifted to Hospital for treatment. Kokernag Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Tanker bearing registration number JK02 8727 turned turtle at Ripora, Lar in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, resulting in injuries to the driver and conductor of the vehicle. Both the injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment. Lar Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Truck bearing registration number Jk05B 2345 hit and injured Mohammad Sultan Ganie son of Abdul Raazaq of Muqam Sheed, Sopore at Regipora Chowk, Kupwara. The injured was shifted to Hospital for treatment. Kupwara Police has registered a case in this regard.
