JAMMU, Feb 16: Owing to old enmity, five persons set two kullas ablaze at Bhamberwan Ambaran area, falling under the jurisdiction of Akhnoor police station.
As per police sources, today a complaint was lodged by Zidia Bakerwal, son of Chandi Bakerwal of Bhamberwan, Ambaran with police station Akhnoor stating that yesterday three persons identified as Sunil Singh alias Khanna, son of Joginder Singh alias Nikka, Ajju and two other unknown persons, all residents of Ambaran entered and his neighbour namely Latif Bakerwal, son of Mahabali of Bhamarwan, Ambaran kullas and started abusing them.
They also started beating them and later set ablaze their residential kullas, in which all the belongings and households items were gutted in fire.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 28/17 under Sections 452, 323, 436 and 147 RPC has been registered at Akhnoor police station and manhunt has been launched to nab them.
