JAMMU, Apr 23: The Government today shifted five I/C Principals of Higher Secondary Schools.
Prem Singh, I/C Principal Govt Higher Secondary School Ramgarh has been shifted and posted to Govt HSS Sunjuwan, Ashok Kumar Khajuria has been shifted from GHSS Sunjwan to GHSS Rajpura, Deepak Gupta from GHSS Jakh to SRML Hr Secondary School Parade Jammu, Jagdish Singh Manhas from SRML Hr Secondary to Ramgarh GHSS while Roshan Lal Gupta from DIET Jammu to Jakh HSS as Incharge Principal.
Meanwhile, the Education department has cancelled the transfer of 17 lecturers to Leh and Kargil as they had already served in Ladakh region for one term. The Botany lecturers whose orders were cancelled are-Ashok Kumar, Jasvinder Singh, Ravi Kumar, Mohd Shakoor, Avit Kumar, Imtiaz Hussain Khandey, Lakhvinder Singh, Susheel Kumar, Manzoor Ahmed, Atul Kashyap and Jarnail Singh. Those from Zoology are- Karpal Singh, Shamsul Haq and Fida Ali Bhat, Ajit Kumar and Mahesh Lal are from Hindi subject while Mohinder Singh Physics lecturer.
