SRINAGAR, Apr 25: The final match of the 8 Ball Pool Tournament, organized by Police in Budgam district was played at GO’s Mess Humhama today in which Saad Kirmani emerged as the winner of the tournament.
A Police spokesman said that DIG Central Kashmir Range, V.K.Birdi who was the chief guest on the occasion awarded Rs. 10.000/- and Rs. 5,000/- to winner and runner up respectively.
He said the tournament was organized by District Police Budgam in which a total number of 32 individuals participated.
“The aim of holding such events is to inculcate the sense of sportsmanship and amity among the participants,” he said.
