JAMMU, Aug 10: Shabir Hussain Bhat, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, with immediate effect.
Formal order in this regard was issued today by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
