RAJOURI, Aug 23: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri has got Letter of Approval (LOA) from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for its University Polytechnic.
AICTE has sanctioned 60 seats for each stream including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electronic and Communication Engineering.
On this achievement, Vice Chancellor Prof Javed Musarrat said that this will gear up the academic excellence for University Polytechnic. He mentioned that The University Polytechnic has state of art infrastructure comprising specious lecture theaters, conference halls, workshops, library and well- equipped laboratories. University Polytechnic aims at spearheading research and innovation in emerging areas Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Electronics & Communication Engineering and to create an enabling environment to train innovative, capable and highly motivated manpower to meet India’s technological needs, he added.
