SAMBA, Aug 23: A 50 year old man consumed poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances in his house here, today.
According to the Police, during the intervening night, one Ram Vishal, son of Dasrarth resident of Bihar at present in Arazi Samba, consumed poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances in his house. He suddenly started vomiting and on seeing him in unconscious condition, the family members immediately brought him to District Hospital Samba for treatment where doctor washed his stomach and referred him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for further treatment.
In this regard police has taken cognizance of the matter and started further investigations but reason behind the extreme step could not be ascertained.
