JAMMU, Oct 15: Principal of Government Degree College Banihal, (Lieutenant) Dr Manohar Lal has been awarded with prestigious ADG medal along with certificate of appreciation by NCC Directorate of Jammu and Kashmir in recognition of his contribution towards NCC services.
He has been working as ANO NCC Naval Wing since 2005 and has attended various Refresher Courses, AINSCs and also attended RDC 2020 at New Delhi. In 2017 he has been conferred with DGNCC Commendation Card for his best achievement in NCC.
