5 injured in road mishaps

SRINAGAR, Apr 27: Five persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley.
Police spokesperson said a Tata Mobile JK05C/5740 hit and injured a girl Bilqeesa Jan daughter of Abdul Rashid Sheikh resident of Gund Khroo, Handwara.  The injured was shifted to District hospital Handwara for treatment. Handwara police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a Maruti car JK01D/8543 skidded off the road at Khairpora, Kokernag, resulting in injuries to driver of the vehicle. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case registered in this regard.
In another accident, three persons were injured when a Tavera JK18/5585 they were traveling in, had a collision with a Tipper JK13C/1064 near Semthan crossing, Bijbehara, Anantnag. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. Bijbehara Police has registered a case in this regard.
