POONCH, Oct 24: Sham Lal Hockey Academy (SLHA) trounced Poonch XI by two goals in a Hockey match, organised by District Police to pay homage to police martyrs, here today.
Ranveet and Gurjot scored two goals in 15th and 25th minutes of the match respectively for winning team.
SSP, Ramesh Kumar Angral was the chief guest whereas Narjeet Singh, Retd ZPEO and veteran Hockey player was the guest of honour of the today’s event.
Addl SP, Khalid Ameen, DAR Sachin Gupta, DySP HQ, Mudasar Choudhary and Hockey coaches including Pawan Kumar, Matinder Pal Singh, Ranveet Singh and Novjot Singh also graced the event.
The match was organised under the supervision of PTI, Mukesh Kumar whereas PTI, Vikas Sharma, PTI, Harmik Singh, ReK, Kavaldeep Singh were part of the technical panel.
